Industry Model Management has been at the forefront of managing both established and emerging talent in the UK and internationally. Founded in Manchester in 2000 by Martha Poole. From the beginning, Martha has focused on building strong, lasting relationships with clients and international agencies, establishing Industry Model Management as a trusted and highly respected name in the industry.

In 2011, Sam Coulson joined the agency, bringing years of experience as a model agent in Manchester and Leeds. Together, Martha and Sam now share over 70 years of combined industry experience, giving the agency a depth of knowledge and insight that benefits both models and clients alike.

As a boutique agency, Industry Model Management carefully selects the talent it represents, from fresh faces to experienced models, based on skill, potential, and a genuine enthusiasm to support their careers. The agency also represents a diverse range of hair and makeup artists, fashion stylists, and still life stylists.

Our approach is personal. We provide a high level of care and guidance to help models develop their careers, sharing industry knowledge and support every step of the way. At the same time, we focus on understanding client needs, ensuring every project runs smoothly and successfully.
